Meet Sonja and Milos
Sonja is a floral designer, stylist, and planner who began her career in Florence in 2005, training under a local florist before launching her own business five years later. With more than fifteen years styling and coordinating weddings for both Dutch and international couples, she brings a refined aesthetic eye and the operational discipline that makes everything flow.
Milos has been part of Tuscany's wedding world since 2012 , first as a documentary wedding photographer, and increasingly as a planner shaping the celebrations themselves. His years inside the industry have given him an intimate knowledge of the venues, the vendors, and the rhythm of how a Tuscan wedding day actually unfolds. He leads venue scouting, vendor relationships, and the on-the-ground planning work that turns a vision into a real day.

Investment
Our full wedding planning service starts at €6,500 + VAT. Most couples we work with invest in a destination wedding budget of €80,000 or more, with planning, flowers, and photography forming the foundation of their experience.

Planning a Wedding in Italy From Abroad
Most of our couples plan their wedding from another country. We've built our process around this reality.
We start with a relaxed video call. No commitment. Just a conversation about your vision, your timing, and what you're imagining. We'll listen carefully and tell you honestly what's possible.
We adapt to your time zone. We're based in Florence, but we schedule calls when they work for you — early Italian afternoons for North American couples, evenings for Asia-Pacific. Most of our communication happens by email and shared documents, so distance never slows us down.
You don't need to visit Italy before booking. Many of our couples book us before they've ever set foot in Tuscany. We can guide your venue selection through video walkthroughs, detailed photo galleries, and our personal experience at every venue we recommend. When you do visit (most couples come once for site visits), we make it count.
We handle every detail in Italian. From vendor contracts to municipal paperwork, from caterer negotiations to florist briefings — you never have to navigate Italian bureaucracy or language barriers. Five spoken languages mean nothing gets lost.
We're with you on the day itself. No remote planner handing you off to a stranger. Milos and Sonja are personally present at every wedding, coordinating everything from morning preparations through the last toast. The same people who plan your wedding for months are the people running it on the day.

Tuscany is our specialty and the region we know most deeply, but we also plan weddings throughout Italy — from Lake Como to the Amalfi Coast, from Puglia to Umbria. Our network and experience extend across the country, though we’ll always be most informed about the regions where we’ve worked most often.

Most of our couples book 10-18 months before their wedding date. We take on a limited number of weddings each season to give every couple our full attention, so peak dates (May, June, September) often fill 12+ months ahead. If you’re working with a shorter timeline, reach out — sometimes we can still make it work.

No. Our wedding planning service is fully independent. Many of our couples choose to work with us across all three (it creates the most seamless experience), but each service is optional. If you already have a photographer or florist you love, we’ll happily coordinate with them.

We guide you through every step of the legal process, including the documents you’ll need from your home country, the timing of submissions, and whether a civil, religious, or symbolic ceremony is right for your situation.
